Privacy Policy

Your information is the most sensitive thing we look after. This policy explains what we collect, how we protect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. In plain English, no fine print.

1. What we collect

  • Your account: name, email, phone, preferred language.
  • Your manual: what you write in your manual's sections. This content is stored encrypted.
  • Your people: the name, relationship, and contact details of the trusted people and recipients you add.
  • Your check-in: your cadence, grace period, channel, and status.
  • Payments: processed by Stripe. FamiliaLista does not store your card numbers — only your subscription status.
  • Technical data: device type, browser, and basic usage of the service.

2. How we use your information

We use it only to operate FamiliaLista:

  • To give you the service and store your manual.
  • To send your check-ins and, if you stop responding, deliver your information as you configured it.
  • To process your payment and manage your subscription.
  • To provide support and notify you of important account matters.
  • To keep the service secure and comply with the law.

We do not sell your information. Ever.

3. Security and encryption

Your manual content is encrypted before it's stored. FamiliaLista is designed to hold pointers to where things are — do not store passwords, PINs, or full account or card numbers. Even so, no system is 100% infallible; use the service with that in mind.

4. Who we share with

We work with providers that help us run the service. Each receives only what it needs for its function:

  • Supabase — database, accounts, and hosting (U.S.).
  • Stripe — payment processing.
  • Twilio — WhatsApp and SMS messages.
  • Resend — email.
  • Vercel and Cloudflare — hosting for the app and the site.

The people you designate. The very purpose of FamiliaLista is to deliver your manual and messages to your recipients if your check-in triggers. By using the service, you authorize us to make that delivery exactly as you configured it.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Beyond that, we don't share your information with anyone.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete your personal information and manual content, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment records).

6. Your rights

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) gives you the right to: know what information we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, and not have your data sold (which we don't do anyway). We extend these same rights to all our users, wherever they live.

To exercise any right, write to contact@familialista.com. We'll respond within the timeframes the law requires.

7. Minors

FamiliaLista is for people 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor gave us information, write to us and we'll delete it.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our marketing site (familialista.com) uses Cloudflare Web Analytics (no personal-tracking cookies) and Meta Pixel to measure the performance of our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Meta Pixel records page views, your IP address, and basic browser info, and shares it with Meta to measure ads.

You can limit this tracking with a privacy extension or from Meta Account Center. We do not use Google or other third-party advertising tracking.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change anything substantive, we'll let you know. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
